At Alancha, we are exploring the secret tastes of Anatolian history and presenting them to you. We tour around the kitchens of it’s seven regions, get inspired and present them with new identities. We connect to the roots, re-explore, learn and teach. There are signatures of Chefs in various top restaurants in Turkey, whom passed through our kitchen. We are proud to have worked together with them and witnessed their success.
